To ensure the integrity of the assessment process, we may collect the following types of information based on the assessment settings configured by the Administrator:

• Identity Verification: Name, email address, and facial images captured via webcam.
• Assessment Responses: Answers to questions, code submissions, and essays.
• Monitoring Data: Video and audio recordings, screen captures, and telemetry data (e.g., browser focus, copy/paste events) to detect potential misconduct.
• Device Information: I.P. address, browser type, and operating system info.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely for:

• Facilitating and grading the assessment.
• Verifying your identity and the integrity of your submission (Proctoring).
• Providing results and analytics to the assessment administrator.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain assessment data, including proctoring recordings, for a period defined by the assessment administrator (typically 90 days), after which it is securely deleted. Telemetry data may be anonymized and retained for longer periods to improve our fraud detection algorithms.
